0266 再生障碍性贫血患者骨髓体外氚标记物掺入试验的初步观察赵实诚等中华血液学杂志1(5):301,1980 作者报道利用同位素标记物研究再生障碍性贫血患者的细胞动力状况。所用的同位素为氚-胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)、氚-尿嘧啶核苷(~3H-UdR)及氚-亮氨酸(~3H-Lu),对再障及正常骨髓象进行体外掺入试验,并与急性白血病进行对比。研究对象为18例确诊的再障,各型急性白血病15例。正常骨髓象者9例。结果:红、白两系细胞~3H-TdR标记
