当今,中国企业改革的大潮汹涌澎湃,市场经济呈现在人们面前的是一个充满风险、充满机遇、充满竞争的时代。面对这样的时代,女职工既面临比以往任何一个时代更加严峻的挑战、又为其施展才华提供了更多的机遇。马克思曾说过:“每个了解一点历史的人也都知道,没有妇女的酵素,就不可能有伟大的社会变革”。那么,在这种新形势下,厂工会在女工工作中,如何教育引导女职工顺应潮流,开发自我,在改革的洪流中建功立业,成为伟大社会变革的“酵素”?这是我们面临的一个新课题。笔者认为必须把握以下三个环节:
Today, the tide of enterprise reform in China is surging, and the market economy is presented to people with an era full of risks, full of opportunities and full of competition. Faced with such an era, women workers face both more severe challenges than ever before and more opportunities for their talents. Marx once said: “Everyone who knows a little history knows that there can be no great social change without the women’s enzyme.” So, under such a new situation, how to educate and guide women workers to follow the tide, develop themselves and make their own merits in the torrent of reform, and become the “enzyme” of great social changes in the work of women workers? A new topic I think we must grasp the following three aspects:
