我科于1993年11月～1996年12月对DA或H（）AP方案比疗两个疗程失败的27例急性非淋巴细胞白血病（ANI。l．）患者，改用阿克拉霉素（ACI．）十足叶乙式（VP；。）十阿糖胞昔（Ara－C）联合化疗，现报告如下。临床资料一般资料：27例患者中，男19例，女8例，年龄20～69岁。按FAB
