《半夜鸡叫》的故事家喻户晓。可现如今,另一种“鸡”叫也让人忧心忡忡,那就是有些领导干部的BP机、大哥大在会场里此起彼伏,鸣叫不止。本来,通讯现代化快速发展是件大好事,何以令人忧心?其根源就在于:一是用途不当。有的领导干部不是为了工作需要,而是为了亮身份、显地位、摆阔气、搞攀比,竞相购置。二是来源不当。有的领导干部利用职权,采取摊派、挪用、截留、索要、赞助等手段购置。三是使用不当。有的在会场开机使用,“滴滴滴”之声不绝于耳,“喂喂喂”之声惊动四座;有的私用多于公用,一机在手,全家享用;更有甚者不顾保密、安全和公德,在公共场所、乘车、走路时都使用,造成恶劣影响。江泽民同志在中纪委六次全会上的讲话中指出,“现在我们的交通、通讯发达了,可是一些地方的党群、干群关系却疏远了”。为此,有关部门对领导干部的BP机、大哥大应该管一管、清一清,看其来源是否正当,是否符合公款配置的条件,并纳入领导干部廉洁自律自查自纠的范围。对那些采取不正当手段配置者应予清查处理;对那些不应公款配置者,应及时收回或由本人付款;对确需公款配置者,要
