①目的探讨颅底动脉血流速度随年龄、性别等因素的变化规律,以利于建立不同年龄、性别正常成人颅底大动脉血流参考值。②方法以TCD检测521例正常成人颅底大动脉的平均峰流速(Vm)、收缩期峰流速(Vs)、舒张末峰流速(Vd)和脉动指数(PI)。③结果多数动脉血流速度随年龄增高而下降;同年龄组多数动脉血流速度女性高于男性;同名动脉左右两侧血流速差异不显著;大脑前循环动脉血流速度高于后循环;多数动脉PI小于1.④结论正常成人颅底动脉血流速度随年龄、性别呈规律性变化
①Objective To investigate the variation of blood flow velocity of the basilar artery with age and gender in order to facilitate the establishment of a reference value of the blood flow of the skull base aorta of different age and gender. Methods The mean peak flow velocity (Vm), systolic peak velocity (Vs), diastolic peak velocity (Vd) and pulsatility index (PI) of 521 normal adult skull base arteries were detected by TCD. ③ Results Most arterial blood flow velocity decreased with increasing age. The majority of women in the same age group had higher blood flow velocity than men. Blood flow velocity was not significantly different between the left and right sides of the same artery. The rate of blood flow in the anterior cerebral circulation was higher than that in the posterior circulation. Most arterial PI less than 1. ④ Conclusion Normal adult skull base artery blood flow velocity changes regularly with age and gender
