目的:探讨油茶蒲提取物对高脂血症大鼠脂代谢的影响。方法:建立大鼠高脂血症模型,分别灌胃给予不同浓度的油茶蒲提取物,检测各组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的水平。结果:油茶蒲提取物干预组大鼠LDL-C水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;高剂量油茶蒲提取物组TC、TG、LDL-C水平和其他组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:油茶蒲提取物在一定程度上可有效改善高脂血症大鼠的血脂代谢异常。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Camellia oleifera extract on lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: The rat model of hyperlipidemia was established. The different concentrations of Camellia oleifera extract were administered intragastrically to detect the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- C) level. Results: The levels of LDL-C in the intervention group of Camellia oleifera was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant. The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the high-dose Camellia oleifera extract group were significantly different from other groups . Conclusion: The extract of Camellia oleifera can effectively improve the dyslipidemia in hyperlipidemic rats to a certain extent.
