第一汽车厂的大型集中供热系统在全国各大型供热系统中是最早建成投入运行的,迄今已有近30年历史。由于该厂所在的长春市接近高寒地区,冬季气候寒冷,最低气温达-30℃以下;供热面积100多万平方米,工业和民用同用一系统,自备电站同时担负供热和发电任务。因此,对系统的可靠性和经营管理都有较高的要求。尤其近年来,大力开展了节约能源工作,系统一直处于低温状态运行。对管理工作就提出了更高的要求。本文就多年系统安全正常运行的经验总结如下,供有关人员参考。
