成型磨削,就是用与工件外形相同的砂轮,一次磨出符合要求的工件外形,因此是一种高效率的加工方法。在实际生产中,由于工件外形各不相同,采用一般方法修整出精确的轮廓尺寸的砂轮,都会受到一定的技术限制。我厂在模具制造中,已采用这种新的磨削方法,并自行设计了两种修整砂轮的夹具。这种夹具能修整各种成形的砂轮,在我厂已广泛采用,其结构也很简单。
Forming grinding, that is, the same shape with the workpiece grinding wheel, once worn out in line with the requirements of the workpiece shape, it is a highly efficient processing methods. I plant in the mold manufacturing, has adopted this new grinding method, and designed two kinds of grinding wheel dressing fixture. This fixture can be trimmed all kinds of forming wheel, I have been widely used in the plant, its structure is also very simple.
