例1:男,27岁。1988年11月5日11时午餐食清蒸腌制青占鱼约15g,未食其它特殊食物。2小时后出现胸闷,视物模糊,头昏胀痛,口舌麻木,颜面潮红,继而不省人事。食后3小时来院急诊。既往体健。病前无任何不适。体检:T37℃,P120次/分,R24次/分,BP2.6/0kPa。神志不清,全身皮肤潮红,有散在风团块。心率120次/分,心音弱,律齐;两肺可闻及散在哮鸣音。腹部及神经系统检查无异常。血嗜酸性粒细胞计数0.86×10~9/L。诊断:食用青占鱼致过敏性休克。即予吸氧,异丙嚎50mg肌注,静注地塞米松20mg和5%碳酸氢钠

Diagnosis: consumption of green fish caused by anaphylaxis shock. Namely, oxygen, Isoprenaline 50mg intramuscular injection of dexamethasone 20mg and 5% sodium bicarbonate
