为了满足野外生产实际的需要,1974年8月我厂组成三结合的双发双收声波测井仪研制小组。在党的领导下,我们坚持开门办科研,坚持科研与生产劳动相结合,于1975年5月制出了第一台样机,并定名为BSS75型补偿声波测井仪。同年5至10月,仪器先后在××油田和大港油田进行了野外试验,在10口井中测了29条曲线,取得了良好的地质效果,并得到了现场同志的好评。根据现场同志的意见,现正进一步改进,准备投入试生产。 BSS75型补偿声波测井仪的声系采用双发双收结构。这种结构形式除能消除井眼变化的影响外,还能消除井眼倾斜影响、井下两道放大器特性不一致的影响以及电缆传输特性不一致的影响等。
In order to meet the actual needs of the field production, in August 1974 I plant composed of three pairs of double-spaced acoustic logging tool development team. Under the leadership of the party, we insisted on opening a door to do scientific research and insisted on a combination of scientific research and productive labor. In May 1975, we produced our first prototype and named it BSS75-type compensated sonic logging tool. From May to October of the same year, the instrument conducted field experiments in the fields of ×× Oilfield and Dagang Oilfield successively. 29 curves were measured in 10 wells and good geological effects were obtained, which were well received by the comrades in the field. According to the opinions of the comrades in the field, it is being further improved and ready for trial production. The sound system of BSS75-type compensation acoustic logging instrument adopts double hair double-ended structure. In addition to eliminating the influence of wellbore changes, this structural form can also eliminate the influence of borehole tilt, the inconsistent characteristics of two downhole amplifiers, and the inconsistent effects of cable transmission characteristics.
