“买房送户口”曾一度给房地产开发商与一些业主带来不少纠纷,例如个别开发商利用外省市个人对北京市户口的需求,故意欺骗买房人,将与户口及投资无关的项目说成是能办理北京市户口,或者故意曲解北京市有关政策,做出与政策不符的承诺,或者以政策为诱饵销售非法项目;致使一些购房者投资买了房却办不了户口,有的甚至在买房后发现这些房屋是在集体所有土地上开发的项目,无法办理产权证。
