The mathematical model of turbulent flow is used to simulate the soaking furnace in the primary rolling mill of TISCO, which includes the three-dimensional turbulent Navier-Stokes equation and the turbulent equation of the K-ε two-equation model. The predicted flow field and the 1: 5 Physical model of the flow field display contrast to prove the correctness of the computer program. The predicted flow field helps people to organize the flue gas flow and draws some useful conclusions.
