新医改强调要积极提升医务人员素质,树立医务人员为人民服务的意识,建立良好、和谐的医患关系,在此过程中,医务人员的思想政治工作发挥着重要的作用。随着新医改的进行,医疗单位的经营和发展产生了重大变化,许多医疗单位过于注重对经济利益的追求,忽视了医疗质量和服务质量,医务人员玩忽职守、缺乏职业素养、以公谋私、医德医风差等问题层出不穷,这不利于医疗事业的可持续发展。面对新形势和新挑战,医疗单位应当积极加强医务人员思想政治工作,提升思想政治工作水平,从根本上提升医务人员思想政治素质,只有这样才能够促进医疗事业的健康发展。基于以上,本文简要分析了医务人员思想政治工作对促进医疗发展的重要意义,并探讨了新形势下做好医务人员的思想政治工作,促进医疗发展的新思路。
The new medical reform emphasizes that we should actively enhance the quality of medical personnel, establish the awareness of medical personnel for serving the people and establish a good and harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. In the face of the new situation and new challenges, medical units should actively strengthen the ideological and political work of medical personnel, upgrade the level of ideological and political work, and fundamentally enhance the ideological and political qualities of medical staff. Only in this way can the healthy development of medical work be promoted. Based on the above, this article briefly analyzes the importance of ideological and political work of medical personnel in promoting the development of medical treatment, and explores the new thinking of doing a good job in ideological and political work of medical staff in the new situation and promoting the development of medical treatment.
