村民委员会是否具有法人资格,是不是独立的法人?这是在贯彻实施《村民委员会组织法》,加强村民委员会和农村民主政治建设,充分发挥村民委员会作为群众性自治组织的自治功能,推行村民自治等工作中提出来的理论问题,也是村民委员会在开展工作中经常遇到的难题。笔者结合实际,试图对这个问题作一点探讨。
