我们的孩子,从呀呀学语到入学成为一名学生,他们的差别并不太大,但在成长过程中,由于个性的差异、家庭教育环境、学校教育、意外情况等等原因,造成他们在学习方面的差异。差异出现后,由于学校条件、教师教学等原因却没有及时改进,大多数仍是一篮子挎的现象,致使差的学生越来越差。为了改变一篮子挎的现状,大面积提高教学质量,在教学中我采用了分层教学的方法。
