目的:探讨肉毒中毒呼吸肌麻痹的救治方法。方法:回顾性分析10例肉毒中毒呼吸肌麻痹患者的临床资料。结果:9例痊愈,1例未行气管切开、机械通气者入院24 h死于呼吸衰竭。结论:肉毒中毒呼吸肌麻痹患者应及时行气管切开,并以呼吸机辅助呼吸。
Objective: To investigate the treatment of respiratory muscle paralysis caused by botulism. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 10 cases of botulism respiratory muscle paralysis clinical data. Results: Nine cases recovered and one case had no tracheotomy. The patients with mechanical ventilation died of respiratory failure 24 h after admission. Conclusion: Botulism patients with respiratory muscle paralysis should be promptly tracheotomized and ventilator assisted breathing.
