[目的]了解河南省农村寄宿制学校宿舍的基础设施及卫生安全状况,并进行卫生学评价,为合理构建规范化宿舍提供依据。[方法]在经济较发达县、中等发达县及欠发达县各选取60所寄宿制学校,共计180所,对所选学校宿舍人均面积、一人一床、安全卫生设施等11项指标进行卫生学评价。[结果]学校宿舍合格率较高的指标是“宿舍不与教学用房合建”为83.6%,较低的是“人均面积”为10.2%,平均合格率为51.2%。不同经济发展类型地区学校宿舍指标合格率差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);不同地区类型学校宿舍11项指标合格率均表现为城区﹥乡镇,6项指标合格率及平均合格率(城区:68.6%,乡镇:44.0%)差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。不同学校类型学校宿舍11项指标合格率比较,10项指标及平均合格率(高中:76.5%,初中:43.5%,小学:43.1%)差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]农村寄宿制中小学校宿舍人均面积合格率较低,安全卫生设施不足,居住环境不能完全达到相关卫生学要求。
[Objective] To understand the infrastructure, hygiene and safety of boarding schools dormitories in rural areas of Henan Province and carry out hygiene evaluation to provide the basis for the reasonable construction of standardized dormitories. [Method] Sixty boarding schools were selected in economically developed counties, middle-under developed counties and underdeveloped counties respectively, for a total of 180 schools. 11 indicators including average per-student area, one-person-one bed, safety and health facilities, Evaluation. [Results] The higher qualification rate of dormitory was that “dormitory not combined with teaching room” was 83.6%, and the lower was “per capita area” was 10.2% with the average pass rate of 51.2%. There was no significant difference in the passing rate of dormitories in different types of economic development (P> 0.05). The passing rate of 11 indicators in different types of school dormitories showed the passing rate of urban areas and townships, the passing rate of 6 indicators and the average passing rate : 68.6%, township: 44.0%) were statistically significant (P <0.05). There were statistically significant differences (P <0.05) in the passing rate of 11 indicators among 10 school-type dormitories and 10 passing indicators and the average passing rate (76.5% of high school, 43.5% of junior high school and 43.1% of primary school). [Conclusion] The per-capita pass rate of boarding schools in rural areas is relatively low, lack of safety and health facilities, and the living environment can not fully meet the relevant hygiene requirements.
