概述双泵轮液力变矩器是七十年代出现的一种新型变矩器,国内尚未应用,据了解国外也仅美国一家公司正式用于生产。它利用ω离合器控制外泵轮,外泵轮的能容值能随控制压力而变化,使装载机、铲运机等液力传动机械的发动机和液力变矩器可以获得较为理想的匹配,使发动机功率得到充分利用,延长轮胎寿命,提高机器的生产率,从而可以解决液力变矩器与发动机合理匹配和功率分流等问题。
Overview The double-pump hydraulic torque converter is a new type of torque converter that appeared in the 1970s and has not yet been applied in China. It is understood that only one company in the United States is officially used for production abroad. It uses the ω clutch to control the outer pump wheel. The energy capacity of the outer pump wheel can change with the control pressure, so that the engine and the hydraulic torque converter of the hydraulic drive machinery such as the loader and the scraper can obtain an ideal match. Make full use of engine power, extend tire life, improve machine productivity, and thus can solve the problem of reasonable matching and power splitting of torque converter and engine.
