衰老是机体各种生化反应的综合表现,是体内外许多因素(环境污染、精神紧张、遗传等)共同作用的结果。人类社会逐步进入老龄化,老年人在社会中所占的比重越来越大,随着这一现象的发生,各种“老年病”发生的几率也越来越高。已有很多研究表明,抗衰老治疗对一些疾病的预防与辅助治疗具有价值,对帕金森病的治疗,已有临床及实验研究证明了抗衰老治疗的潜在价值,但对于帕金森病抗衰老治疗的作用机制至今没有明确的论述。为此,该文以具有临床报道的中医抗衰老方剂补阳还五汤为载体,探讨帕金森病的抗衰老治疗机制。研究结果发现,在抗衰老的几种机制中,线粒体损伤、细胞凋亡、自由基与氧化应激等机制有助于帕金森病的辅助治疗。该文以补阳还五汤为载体,但所发现的帕金森病的抗衰老辅助治疗机制不仅仅限于补阳还五汤,亦可通过其他抗衰老手段产生类似的结果。该文的贡献主要在于明确了帕金森病抗衰老治疗的机制,为帕金森病的辅助治疗与预防提供了新的策略。
Aging is a comprehensive manifestation of various biochemical reactions in the body and is the result of the combination of many factors in vivo and in vitro (environmental pollution, stress, genetic, etc.). With the gradual progress of the human society into the aging population, the proportion of the elderly living in society has been growing. As this phenomenon occurs, the incidence of various kinds of “geriatric diseases” is also getting higher and higher. Many studies have shown that anti-aging treatment is valuable for the prevention and adjuvant treatment of some diseases. The clinical and experimental studies have proved the potential value of anti-aging treatment for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. However, for anti-aging treatment of Parkinson’s disease The mechanism of action so far there is no clear discussion. To this end, this article has clinical reports of Chinese medicine anti-aging prescriptions Buyang Huanwu Decoction as a carrier to explore the anti-aging treatment of Parkinson’s disease mechanism. The study found that in several mechanisms of anti-aging, mitochondrial damage, apoptosis, free radical and oxidative stress mechanisms contribute to the adjuvant treatment of Parkinson’s disease. The article takes Buyang Huanwu Decoction as carrier, but found that the mechanism of anti-aging adjuvant treatment for Parkinson’s disease is not limited to Buyanghuanwu decoction, and can also produce similar results through other anti-aging measures. The main contribution of this paper is to clarify the mechanism of anti-aging treatment of Parkinson’s disease and provide a new strategy for the adjuvant treatment and prevention of Parkinson’s disease.
