近年来,各级地税部门克服各种困难,采取有力措施,加大征管力度,税收征管成效较好,有力地促进了地方经济发展和社会进步。但由于地方税务部门成立时间不长,征管力量不足,税源零星分散、征收难度较大等原因,我们在审计中发现,地税部门在税收征收、入库的管理上存在一些问题,需要各级审计机关加强审计监督。
In recent years, local taxation departments at various levels have overcome various difficulties and taken effective measures to steer their efforts in tax collection and management. The tax collection and administration has achieved good results, effectively boosting the local economic development and social progress. However, due to the fact that the local taxation departments have not been established for a long time, the collection of administrative power is insufficient, the source of the tax is sporadic and the collection is difficult, we found in the audit that the local taxation departments have some problems in tax collection and storage management and need auditing at all levels Organs to strengthen audit supervision.
