针对Q370R钢管式褐煤干燥机管板采用三种不同焊接工艺进行施焊,测试焊接接头焊缝区的低温力学性能。在最大允许工作压力及裂纹尺寸已知的条件下,根据GB/T19624-2004标准对焊缝外表面裂纹进行低温工况下的安全评定。结果表明:采用A工艺施焊的焊缝具有最优的低温性能及安全裕度。三种焊接工艺下评定点均位于失效评定曲线定义的安全范围内,且等效裂纹尺寸都小于最大容许等效裂纹尺寸,该裂纹缺陷可以被接受,结构安全。综合考虑,在同等条件下优先推荐采用焊接工艺A对管板进行施焊。
For the tube plate of Q370R tubular lignite dryer, three different welding processes were used for the welding, and the low temperature mechanical properties of the weld zone of the welded joints were tested. Under the conditions of the maximum allowable working pressure and the crack size are known, the external surface cracks of the weld are subjected to the safety assessment under the low temperature conditions according to the GB / T19624-2004 standard. The results show that the welding seam with A process has the best low temperature performance and safety margin. The evaluation points under the three welding processes are all within the safe range defined by the failure assessment curve, and the equivalent crack sizes are smaller than the maximum allowable crack size. The crack defects can be accepted and the structures are safe. Taken together, given the same conditions preferred to use welding process A for the tube plate welding.
