培养有过硬技术、现代社会急需的高素质劳动者,是现代职业教育的目标。近年来,我国职业教育迅速发展,职业技术学校毕业的学生的就业竞争越来越激烈。在这样的情况下,职校老师应该采取各种手段让学生拥有一技之长,并保障他们在社会上的长足发展。本文就自己在车工生产实习教学中的体会作了一些总结。
It is the goal of modern vocational education to cultivate highly qualified workers who have excellent skills and urgently needed in the modern society. In recent years, with the rapid development of vocational education in our country, the employment competition of students graduating from vocational and technical schools is getting more and more intense. Under such circumstances, vocational school teachers should adopt various means to equip their students with skills and ensure their continued growth in the community. This article summarizes my own experience in production practice teaching of lathe work.
