目的观察刺梨提取物CL-1对抗胃癌细胞系SGC-7901和MKN-45体外增殖的抑制作用。方法采用MTT检测法和生长曲线的绘制,观察CL-1对胃癌SGC-7901和MKN-45细胞增殖的影响。结果MTT法检测显示,CL-1(10-8-10-4mol.L-1)对SGC-7901和MKN-45细胞生长的抑制作用均呈现剂量依赖性和时间依赖性。细胞生长曲线显示:随CL-1剂量的增加,SGC-7901和MKN-45细胞的生长曲线逐渐右移。结论CL-1具有体外抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of the antioxidant extract CL-1 on the proliferation of gastric cancer cell lines SGC-7901 and MKN-45 in vitro. Methods MTT assay and growth curve were used to observe the effect of CL-1 on the proliferation of gastric cancer SGC-7901 and MKN-45 cells. Results MTT assay showed that the inhibitory effect of CL-1 (10-8-10-4 mol.L-1) on the growth of SGC-7901 and MKN-45 cells was dose- and time-dependent. The cell growth curve showed that the growth curve of SGC-7901 and MKN-45 cells gradually shifted to the right as the CL-1 dose increased. Conclusion CL-1 has antitumor effect in vitro.
