本文观察了由溴氰菊酯、DDVP、油类及表面活性剂等成分组成有效浓度为0.25%的溴敌油膜剂的灭蚊幼效果。实验室测试表明,该剂组方具有增效作用(CTC为105.91)。用1ml/m ̄2用量对致倦库蚊和白纹伊蚊幼虫的KT_(50)分别为10.4和7.8min,持效18天以上,优于其他各组分对照剂。现场用于住宅区域的蚊幼孳生地,效果显著,持续10~30天。
In this paper, we observed the young mosquito killing effect of bromine propolis film with the effective concentration of 0.25% composed of deltamethrin, DDVP, oils and surfactants. Laboratory tests show that the agent has a synergistic effect (CTC 105.91). KT_ (50) of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and Aedes albopictus larvae at the rate of 1ml / m ~ 2 were 10.4 and 7.8min, respectively. The KT_ (50) persisted for more than 18 days, which was better than that of other components. Live for mosquito breeding areas in residential areas, the effect is significant, lasting 10 to 30 days.
