通过与静力金属型铸造磨球相比较,研究了离心铸造白口铁磨球的组织特点与耐磨性.研究结果表明,离心磨球的碳化物呈板块状,基体组织为等轴晶,且屈氏体进一步细化.离心磨球的硬度不因离心铸造发生明显变化,但其冲击韧性大幅度提高.离心磨球的抗冲击磨损性能高于静力金属型磨球,并且在高冲击功条件下尤为显著.
By comparison with static cast metal ball, the microstructure and wear resistance of white cast iron ball by centrifugal casting were studied. The results show that the carbides of centrifugal grinding balls are plate-like, the matrix is equiaxed and the troostite is further refined. The hardness of the centrifugal grinding ball does not change significantly due to centrifugal casting, but its impact toughness is greatly improved. The impact abrasion resistance of centrifugal grinding balls is higher than that of static metal grinding balls and is especially noticeable under high impact work conditions.
