为解决航空公司非例行维修工作快速增长带来的人力资源分配不合理问题,提出了故障字典的概念和人员维修资质评价体系,实现了非例行维修工作复杂度与人员资质的量化,在此基础上设计了一种维修任务智能分配模型,该模型能自动选择最优的维修团队,提高维修过程管理的安全性和可靠性。
In order to solve the unreasonable allocation of human resources caused by the rapid growth of airline non-routine maintenance work, the concept of fault dictionary and the evaluation system of personnel maintenance qualification are put forward to realize the quantification of non-routine maintenance work complexity and personnel qualification. Based on this, an intelligent assignment model of maintenance task is designed, which can automatically select the best maintenance team and improve the safety and reliability of maintenance process management.
