金水宝片采用人工发酵虫草菌粉,加辅料压制而成.本品补肾保肺,补精益气。用于慢性支气管炎、高脂血症、阳萎、早泄、性欲减退、血吸虫肝硬化及老年肺肾两虚、精气不足者。金水宝片的原有工艺含有较多糖粉.本文除保留制粒用70%糖浆外,试把原有工艺中的糖粉革去,同时用羧甲基淀粉钠代瞢HPMC,并均匀设计对工艺配方进行优选。考察指标为崩解时限。
