健身气功·易筋经是民族传统体育养生的研究方向之一,其形式多样,内容丰富,具有很强的文化内涵和时代价值。文章从健身气功.易筋经的功法特点和价值、对大学生身心影响等方面进行了分析研究,论述了目前在普通高校开设易筋经课程的具体措施,认为它走进高校课堂有助于民族传统文化的传承,有利于大学生的身心健康发展,还可以推动全民健身,构建和谐社会,为普通高校开设健身气功课程提供理论论证。
