最近有产科研究表明:在剖宫产手术中不关闭腹膜能缩短手术时间且无不良影响。但目前尚未见妇科手术关于这方面的报道。为此,对腹式子宫切除术不关闭壁层和脏层腹膜的术中和术后影响进行分析。
Recent obstetric studies have shown that: do not close the peritoneum in cesarean section surgery can shorten the operation time and no adverse effects.
