目的 :评价多种方法对矽肺结核患者痰结核分支杆菌快速培养、药敏的临床应用价值。方法 :采用Bactec-MGIT96 0快速培养、改良 7H9培养基和L -J罗氏培养基培养结核分支杆菌和药敏。结果 :涂阴矽肺结核患者Bactec -MGIT96 0快速培养阳性率显著高于罗氏培养法 ,平均需时仅 8d ,三种方法药敏结果吻合性在90 %以上。结论 :选择性地采用Bactec-MGIT96 0快速培养结合改良 7H9培养基进行药敏有快速准确的优点。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of various methods for the rapid culture of sputum Mycobacterium tuberculosis in patients with silicosis tuberculosis. Methods: Mycobacterium tuberculosis and drug sensitivity were cultured by Bactec-MGIT96 0 rapid culture, modified 7H9 medium and L -J Roche medium. Results: The positive rate of Bactec-GMT96 in smear-negative patients with silicosis was significantly higher than that of Roche culture method, taking an average of only 8 days. The agreement between the three methods was over 90%. CONCLUSION: The rapid and accurate drug susceptibility of selectively cultured with Bactec-MGIT96 0 in combination with modified 7H9 medium is good.
