随着我国经济水平的不断提高,信息技术的应用也越来越深入,各种电子信息产品的研究和应用也越来越普遍,广州海格通信集团股份有限公司是广州无线电集团的主要成员企业之一,当前企业的产品覆盖面十分广泛,产品系列齐全,在行业中处于领先地位,而多品种小批量制造模式投产难度大,对批量生产组织有非常多的制约因素。文章对多品种、小批量制造模式的具体特点以及质量控制手段进行分析和探讨。
