联合国反腐败公约在权衡不同诉讼价值观和诉讼模式的基础上,对反腐败工作机制和配套措施等提出了更高的要求。检察工作一体化机制很大程度上与反腐败公约的精神和要求相契合。在反腐败公约语境下,检察工作一体化机制还需在推进职务犯罪侦查情报信息系统建设、建立检察工作一体化机制的经费保障制度、加大检察机关对内部资源的整合力度等方面进行改进。
The United Nations Convention against Corruption has put forward higher requirements on anti-corruption work mechanisms and supporting measures on the basis of weighing different litigation values and litigation models. The procuratorial work integration mechanism largely matches the spirit and requirements of the anti-corruption convention. In the context of anti-corruption conventions, the mechanism of procuratorial work integration needs to be improved in terms of promoting the construction of intelligence information system for duty crime investigation, establishing the funding guarantee mechanism for the integrated mechanism of procuratorial work, and strengthening the integration of procuratorial organs with internal resources .
