鲜辣椒是人们喜食的蔬菜,春节前后是需求的旺季。金乡县从1988年开始试验示范,摸索出一套麦茬辣椒春节上市栽培和收贮技术,一般达到亩产鲜椒1500~2000公斤,亩产值一般3000~3500元。1991年全县种植近3000亩,收益1000多万元。其关键技术是:
