既有砖混房屋在抗震加固中,构造柱和墙体抗剪承载力不足是突显问题,采用传统的加固方法对原有墙体破坏较严重,且施工周期较长,此时须采取有效的加固措施形成可靠的构造柱和墙体。结合新疆阜康市某中学5层砖混校舍抗震加固实例,介绍了格构钢板组合构造柱和墙体嵌筋加固技术,经理论计算和施工应用验证了此方法在新疆砖混房屋抗震加固中应用的可行性。
