目的观察国产盐酸左（旋氧）氟沙星胶囊治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选择下呼吸系统感染患者１００例，随机分为试验组和对照组各５０例，对照组药物选用日本进口左氟沙星（可乐必妥），试验组药物为国产盐酸左（旋氧）氟沙星胶囊。２００ｍｇ，２次／ｄ，口服，疗程７～１４ ｄ。结果试验组和对照组的治疗有效率均为８６％，两组经Ｘ~２检验，Ｐ＞０．０５，疗效差异无统计学意义。试验组与对照组的细菌清除率分别为８６％和８９％，两组比较差异无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论国产左（旋氧）氟沙星的临床疗效和细菌清除率与进口左氟沙星基本一致，具有较强的抗菌活性，是一种治疗轻、中度呼吸道感染的国产抗菌药物，安全有效、口服方便、价格便宜。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of domestic left (oxygen-oxygen) flucarbine capsules in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Conclusions The clinical efficacy and bacterial clearance rate of homemade left (aerosolized) flucloxacine are basically the same as that of imported levofloxacin and have strong antibacterial activity.
