自20世纪90年代以来,国际银行业取得了巨大的发展。国际银行业出现了前所未有的并购浪潮。国际银行业由于各种原因,不断兼并与重组,以提高自身竞争力,保持并扩大自己的市场份额。研究国际银行业的并购趋势,认清我国银行业面临的竞争形势,对我国银行业取得成功具有极其重要的现实意义。
Since the 1990s, the international banking industry has made tremendous progress. International banking industry has seen an unprecedented wave of mergers and acquisitions.
