河南省第三次企业报协作会议于1986年10月27日至31日在洛阳召开。与会代表以《中共中央关于社会主义精神文明建设指导方针的决议》为指针,就宣传社会主义经济、政治体制改革和新闻改革两大议题,结合企业报的特点,作了广泛地交流和探讨。代表们认为,在全面改革的今天,企业报应围绕企业的生产经营活动,以促进社会主义商品经济发展为重点,把改革作为宣传的主旋律,为改革推波助澜。在讨论企业报自身改革时,大家认为,
