在传统铜电解工艺中,种板系统生产的始极片质量是生产高品质阴极铜的重要前提和基础,对如何提高始极片质量进行了探讨。铜电解生产中种板始极片质量的好坏,不仅影响下道工序机组的加工质量,而且对于降低生产成本,提高阴极铜物理规格合格率都至关重要。为了获得厚薄均匀、重量标准偏差小、边角整齐以及韧性适中的始极片,电二车间针对铜电解种板生产的状况,进行了研究和工艺改进,并取得了一定的效果。
In the traditional copper electrolysis process, the quality of the starting plate produced by the seed plate system is an important prerequisite and foundation for producing high quality cathode copper, and the improvement of the quality of the starting plate is discussed. Copper electrolysis in the production of the quality of the starting plate is very good, not only affect the next process unit processing quality, but also to reduce production costs and improve the physical quality of the cathode copper pass rate are crucial. In order to obtain a uniform thickness, weight standard deviation small, neat corners and toughness of the starting piece, the second workshop for the production of copper electrolysis plate conditions, conducted a study and process improvement, and achieved some results.
