去年第三季度,我们参与了上海地区国有企业档案工作的调研活动,先后参加了由本市转换机制的部分重点国有企业参加的专题座谈研讨会,并到企业实地调查了解情况。通过一系列活动,初步了解掌握了近几年来上海地区国有企业在深化改革、转换机制过程中档案工作的现状,并对国有企业档案工作的矛盾、问题及其发展对策作了一定的探讨。
In the third quarter of last year, we participated in the research activities of archives of state-owned enterprises in Shanghai. We participated in seminars and symposiums attended by some key state-owned enterprises in this city’s transition mechanism and went to the enterprises to conduct site surveys to understand the situation. Through a series of activities, we have initially learned and mastered the status quo of archival work in state-owned enterprises in Shanghai in the course of deepening the reform and conversion mechanism in the past few years and made some discussions on the contradictions and problems in the archival work of state-owned enterprises and their development countermeasures.
