系统研究了预先冷轧变形对马氏体时效钢强化的影响,研究结果表明:510℃×3 h时效引起的强度净增加值恒定,与冷轧变形量无关,最终的强度为:σ=σ0+ΔσCR+ΔσAge,即初始强度、冷加工强化和时效强化的叠加,其中只有冷加工强化ΔσCR随变形量变化。电子衍射花样及衍射斑强度分布证实:510℃×3 h时效后马氏体基体内析出六方结构的Ni3(Ti,Mo)和正交结构的Ni3Mo,冷轧变形量对时效析出行为没有明显的影响。
The effect of pre-cold rolling deformation on the martensitic steel strengthening was studied systematically. The results show that the net increase of the strength caused by the aging at 510 ℃ × 3 h is constant, which is independent of the cold rolling deformation. The final strength is σ = σ0 + ΔσCR + ΔσAge, that is the initial strength, cold-working and aging superposition of strengthening, of which only cold-hardening ΔσCR with the deformation changes. The electron diffraction patterns and diffraction spot intensity distribution confirmed that the martensitic matrix precipitated hexagonal Ni3 (Ti, Mo) and orthorhombic Ni3Mo in the martensite at 510 ℃ for 3 h. The cold rolling deformation had no obvious effect on the precipitation behavior influences.
