为在中国实验快堆(CEFR)中进行新型包壳管材料15-15Ti不锈钢的辐照试验,需要设计专用的辐照容器。装有15-15Ti不锈钢样品的辐照容器放于CEFR堆芯中子源组件的位置,对试验样品的温度和中子注量具有非在线监测的功能。辐照容器与CEFR现有换料操作系统相匹配,可实现入堆、出堆的操作。在原有316(Ti)SS辐照容器设计的基础,进行了15-15TiSS辐照容器的设计。在对应于堆芯活性区的高度上堆叠放置3个辐照罐,自下而上的样品辐照温度依次为450、550和650℃。辐照罐
In order to conduct the irradiation test of the new 15-15Ti stainless steel cladding material in China Experimental Fast Reactor (CEFR), special irradiation containers need to be designed. Irradiated vessels containing 15-15Ti stainless steel samples are placed in the CEFR core neutron source assembly and have off-line monitoring of the temperature and neutron flux of the test specimen. The irradiation vessel is matched to the CEFR’s existing refueling operating system to allow for heaping and hedging operations. Based on the design of the original 316 (Ti) SS irradiation vessel, a 15-15TiSS irradiation vessel was designed. Three irradiated cans were placed stacked at the height corresponding to the active area of the core. The irradiation temperatures of the bottom-up samples were 450, 550 and 650 ° C, respectively.
