目的调查以腹泻伴腹痛、恶心、呕吐为主要症状的感染性腹泻的病因,查找传染源,分析调查处置过程,为预防控制疫情提供科学依据同时积累应急处置经验。方法采用流行病学调查方法对病例进行调查,采集患者和食堂员工样本、水样品进行分离培养和运用PCR和等方法进行检测。结果对采集样本进行实验室检测,水源水、出厂水、管网末梢水和4份患者样本致泻性大肠埃希菌毒素基因阳性,PCR检测4份患者样本杯状病毒阳性,从水源水、出厂水、管网末梢水和5份患者样本中分离出致泻性大肠埃希菌。结论该校学生是由于水源污染引起的致泻性大肠埃希菌和腹泻病毒混合感染所致的感染性腹泻,水源水被污染,消毒设备损坏而至饮用水未经过消毒处理是引起此次感染性腹泻疫情发生的传染源。
Objective To investigate the etiology of infectious diarrhea with diarrhea accompanied by abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting as the main symptom, to find the source of infection, to analyze the investigation and disposal process, to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of epidemic situation and to accumulate emergency treatment experience. Methods The epidemiological investigation method was used to investigate the cases, the samples of patients and canteens were collected, the water samples were isolated and cultured, and PCR and other methods were used for detection. Results The collected samples were tested by laboratory tests. Water samples, water samples, water samples from peripherals and 4 samples from patients were positive for diarrhea-causing Escherichia coli toxin genes. The results of PCR showed that 4 samples were positive for calicivirus, Produced water, pipe-tip water and 5 samples of patients isolated diarrhea Escherichia coli. Conclusions The students in the school were infected with diarrhea caused by mixed infection of diarrhea-causing Escherichia coli and diarrhea virus caused by water pollution, contaminated source water and destruction of disinfection equipment until the drinking water was disinfected without disinfection Infectious source of sexual diarrhea outbreak.
