本文将20例小儿分成进食牛乳加广柑、牛乳加铁强化饼干、牛乳加鸡蛋及人乳四组,分别测定枸橼酸~(59)铁与红细胞的结合率、结合绝对值,均以单服牛乳为对照。结果表明:牛乳加广柑组铁结合率、结合绝对值较单服牛乳明显增高;牛乳加铁强化饼干和牛乳加鸡蛋两组的铁结合率均较单服牛乳降低,而结合绝对值均显著增加;人乳组铁结合率、结合绝对值比单服牛乳高4倍。
In this paper, 20 cases of infants were divided into four groups: fed with milk plus Cantaloupe, milk plus iron fortified cookies, milk plus egg and human milk. The binding rates of citric acid to iron (59) and erythrocytes were respectively determined. Serving milk as a control.
