分析网上用户指导服务的重要作用,并根据一定标准选取中美20所名牌高校的图书馆,采用典型调查方法,对所选择图书馆的网上用户指导服务从服务对象、服务模式、服务提供方式、服务可获取性、服务内容和服务层次6个维度进行全面对比分析,从而找出我国高校图书馆与美国高校图书馆相比存在的差距、问题,并针对这些问题展开讨论,提出相关的对策建议。
This paper analyzes the important role of online user guidance service and selects the libraries of 20 famous universities in China and the United States according to a certain standard. By using typical survey methods, this article analyzes the online user guidance services of selected libraries from the service object, service mode, Service accessibility, service content and service level to conduct a comprehensive comparative analysis of the six dimensions, so as to find out the gaps and problems between the university libraries in the United States and those in the United States, and to discuss these issues and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions .
