目的：观察分析人工晶体眼视网膜脱离与原发性孔源性视网膜脱离的不同点。方法：详细记录１５例人工晶体眼视网膜脱离的临床表现、手术所见、手术效果。结果：１５例患者行手术１３例，其中巩膜加压术５例，玻璃体切除联合巩膜加压术８例。１１例成功复位，１例好转。结论：人工晶体眼视网膜脱离较之原发性孔源性视网膜脱离，诊断较困难，发病因素增加，诱发增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变的因子增多且比例较高。巩膜环扎术或玻璃体切除联合巩膜加压术是主要手术方法。
OBJECTIVE: To observe and analyze the differences between retinal detachment and primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. Methods: 15 cases of intraocular lens detachment in detail the clinical manifestations, surgical findings, surgical results. Results: Fifteen patients underwent surgery in 13 cases, including 5 cases of scleral buckling and 8 cases of vitrectomy and scleral buckling. Eleven patients successfully reset, one case improved. Conclusion: Intraocular lens retinal detachment compared with primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, the diagnosis is more difficult, the incidence of increased, induced proliferative vitreoretinopathy increased factor and a higher proportion. Scleral cerclage or vitrectomy with scleral buckling is the main surgical method.
