目的探讨阴道应用雌激素软膏预防防绝经后妇女泌尿系感染反复发作的临床疗效。方法将60例有反复泌尿系感染史的绝经后妇女分为两组,其中治疗组(40例)用雌激素软膏6个月,对照组(20例)为不加用雌激素软膏。停药后随访3个月,比较两组泌尿道感染复发率。结果治疗组和对照组泌尿道感染复发率6个月时分别为2%、35%,9个月为17.5%、45%;泌尿道感染后应用抗生素治疗达到治愈的时间,治疗组7.1 d,对照组12.1 d;两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论阴道应用雌激素软膏可预防绝经后妇女泌尿道感染反复发作的频率,缩短应用抗生素的时间。停用雌激素后,泌尿系统感染频率有所升高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vaginal administration of estrogen ointment to prevent recurrent urinary tract infection in postmenopausal women. Methods Sixty postmenopausal women with history of recurrent urinary tract infection were divided into two groups. The treatment group (40 cases) received estrogen ointment for 6 months and the control group (20 cases) did not receive estrogen ointment. After stopping the drug for 3 months, the recurrence rate of urinary tract infection was compared between the two groups. Results The recurrence rates of urinary tract infection in treatment group and control group were 2% and 35% respectively at 6 months and 17.5% and 45% respectively at 9 months. After treatment of urinary tract infection, the time to cure with urinary tract infection was 7.1 days, The control group 12.1 d; difference between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The vaginal application of estrogen ointment can prevent recurrent urinary tract infections in postmenopausal women frequency and shorten the time of antibiotics. After estrogen withdrawal, the frequency of urinary tract infections has increased.
