对弹簧进行“CAD”,利用优化设计的方法可以使用弹簧参数实现优化,达到减轻弹簧重量,从而节省钢材的目的。作者编制了一整套程序,在 NOVA型电子计算机上实现了这一设想。本文把设计变量数缩到最少,即只把弹簧中径 D_2和线材直径 d 作为设计变量。在制定约束条件时,除考虑弹簧的功能和结构外,还考虑了弹簧施工设计的实用要求。采用随机方向搜索方法,搜索到使弹簧重量最轻的 D_2和 d 值后,进行几何计算和绘图数据计算。并调用有关程序,所有这些信息控制自动绘图机动作,绘出完整、实用的圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧的施工图,这就是弹簧的计算机辅助优化设计的整个过程。
The spring “CAD”, the use of optimal design method can be used to optimize the spring parameters, to reduce the spring weight, thus saving the purpose of the steel.
