临床上可见到各种类型的尿道上裂,而对尿道上裂少有报道,我院收治1例介绍如下。 患儿李某,男,10岁,出生后即有阴茎短缩,畸形,常有尿液浸湿衣裤,多次就医无效,于1995年9月6日入本院。一般情况正常,头、颅、胸部无特殊,心尖区可闻及收缩期杂音,心电图正常,腹平软,肝脾不大,脊柱四肢无畸形活动自如。阴囊内左右睾丸相等,阴茎纵缩于皮下,指压阴茎腹侧包皮后部可显出阴茎外形,背侧包皮少于腹侧,从龟头尿道外口之背部呈瓣状裂开直达阴茎1.8cm长。
