一、会议概况和特点第七届国际自控联辨识与系统参数估计学术会议于1985年7月3日至7日在英国英格兰北部的约克城召开。我国十五名代表出席了会议。这次会议历时五天,有四十余个国家的362名代表出席,是一次世界性的学术盛会。许多国际著名控制论专家出席了这次会议。如现代控制理论奠基人之一R.Kalman教授,国际自控联副主席兼技术委员会(TechnicalBoard)主席B.D.O.Anderson教授,国际自控联常委MIT顾问、瑞典隆德大学教授K.J.Astrom,国际自控联理论委员会主席L.
I. Overview and characteristics of the conference The 7th International Conference on Control Identification and System Parameter Estimation was held in York, England, north of England from July 3 to July 7, 1985. Fifteen representatives of our country attended the meeting. The conference lasted five days and was attended by 362 representatives from more than 40 countries. It is a worldwide academic event. Many famous international cybernetics experts attended the conference. Such as Professor R. Kalman, one of the founders of modern control theory, Professor BDOAnderson, Vice Chairman of International Autonomous Association and Chairman of the Technical Committee, MIT consultant of the Standing Committee of the International Autonomous Joint Commission on Control, Professor KJ Astrom of Lund University in Sweden, Chairman of the International Autoconciliation Committee L.
