随着电力体制改革的深入,电力企业对于资金的需求日益旺盛,如何通过扩大资金来源渠道降低融资成本已成为电力企业财务管理面临的重大挑战。本文以当前金融市场的政策要求为基础,分析了短期融资券在电力企业筹资实务中的应用前景,并结合华能国际发行短期融资券的实践经验,提出了电力企业在运用短期融资券筹资中需要重点关注的几个问题,希望能为广大财务管理人员提供实务借鉴。
With the deepening of the reform of the power system, the demand for funds by power enterprises is increasing day by day.
